Born and raised in Kingston, New York, I graduated from Cornell’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. I worked in small animal practices in upstate New York and New Hampshire before moving back to this area after the birth of my daughter, Emma, in 2004. While working at several local animal hospitals, I started doing spay and neuter surgeries for the Ulster County SPCA and have continued there for more than 7 years. For several years I have worked for two organizations doing low cost spay and neuter surgeries and have decided to go out on my own.
